Several trojans

Hello! I scanned my computer today and found out that these trojans have invaded my computer. It is Trojan.Downloader.15800 in SpywareNukerInstaller.exe Trojan.Downloader.5632 in loader.exe Trojan.PWS.Samparty in module32.exe and librar~1.dll Trojan.Dyfuca in preload.ocx Win32.HLLM.Beagle.based in realupd.exe Trojan.Spybi in BI.DLL and bi.dll and Trojan.Isbar in ISTactivex.dll I can't download anything because that function is disabled. What can I do?

go to trendmicro on another computer, look up the trojans & print out their manual clean procedures.
