i went to start laptop yesterday, all my security has been turned off and can no turn it back on its all coming up with error, when i go on a web page and type something like EBAY it redirects to some random site, now it will only run in safe mode screen just stays black if you run in normal mode. am unable to scan. am unable to download anything to check laptop for what it has on there that has caused all this to happen, laptop is running real slow and am keep getting unable to connect to different servers when looking for web site on google is like laptiop is running from soneone else and not my connection??

First download this ISO file, burn it to cd and start laptop from this cd. Click the update button first and then do a complete virus scan. Then start windows without cd in normal mode and use Malwarebytes to check the laptop again.
