Hi,
I would like to set password screen when I click on Ms Outlook. Which means before I can go in and send mail. Can anyone help?

Click file,identities,manage indentities. Hightlight the one you want a password for and click properties. This is for Ver 6.0

Outlook Version 6? I don't think so. LOL What exactly do you mean a password screen for Outlook before you go in and check mail? You want to password protect the program? You need to be a little more specific.

You can password protect your inbox. Load Outlook and then right-click on inbox with view set to display folder list. Check the properties and set a password there. I would be more specific, but I use the exchange version that does not have that option. You need an Internet install for the password option.

Again, don't know what version you're talking about. 2000 does not have the option Paul suggests.
