Hi,
A general question on firewall.
I have 2 users in my system(a admin and a std user).I login as admin and I have configured firewall rule for some applications.I want the same rules to be applied to other user as well.I use Avira Premium suite,but it seems we need to configure individually again for the second user.
How can we achieve this?Is there any firewall which does this action?

Firewall configurations are PER MACHINE, not per users. Upon boot the firewall take effect affecting all users - adm & non-adm users alike.

Hi,
I have checked the rule configurations in Avira.It is user specific(The rules created by admin are specific only to admin and there are no rules for other std user)
I dont want the other user to set the rule for certain program

I am not familiar with this German-based Avira software. They do have a solution site HERE. Have you looked there?
