I found a lot of remote IPs with port 25 connecting my computer and transfering data to cause my network very slow. I checked the process controlling the connection is \system32\services.exe. I checked this exe file, it is not infective and still the orignal one that Microsoft offered. Could anyone know how to deal with it? Thank you!
