Quite Frequently when I browse the net, Zonealarm gives me this alert.

Is this abnormal activity coming from services.exe..?

its possible but u can look real quick click start run...

type services.msc

find services and control in there and look for any activity..or set it to manual or disable to increase cpu speed..normally all services do is update and or update services for windows..but thats normal..a sure thing to do is use AVG antivirus which insures 100% detection of any viruses...website is www.grisoft.com click download on left side click avg 6.0 free edition..fill information out and get key from your email server sends u and your all set to run that bad boy to see if something funny is on your computer...its good that u also use zonealarm better than nothing..enjoy.
