huh? Are you asking us for help? I am sure the people at kaspersky will take care of it. I believe the problem you are experiencing is a user problem, and not a software defect problem. If it were the latter kaspersky would have issued bulletins, alerting everybody that registered the software with them.

It seems the Subject line "SERIOUS kaspersky problem" was perhaps not the best way to have gone about things , I have read your Kaspsersky post in which you mention "pop ups"
what did they say ? post back and perhaps Jabuck can help you
