I found the file Ipinsight.exe in my folder C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp. That's the origin of the pest: when I clicked on accidentally, all the 'Sentry' files were installed on my pc. So, verify your 'temp' folders and delete Ipinsight.exe: if not, the pest can restart.
