Hi all,
This is surely common knowledge....or perhaps not, Either way I thought I would remind you.
I got a wireless card for my kid's laptop becasue I am going to use it on a wireless networking job this week.
For the heck of it I tried it out in my living room and low and behold there are three wireless networks just in this building of 6 units.
ALL are unlocked/unencrypted ALL used the default password for the router ALL had file and print sharing enabled.
So the moral of the story is do yourself a favor and at LEAST encrypt your wireless network.
