After being infected with security tool virus, my computer is in continuous stop start, I cannot enter safe mode

as you know Security Tool is a virus, you should remove it from your pc, Security Tool is a fake rogue spyware program wich is designed for collecting money from people by asking them to buy security tool. do not buy it, its a fraud.

I also had the security tool virus - the only way I was able to remove it was manually in safe mode. After removal, I scanned both the registry and the hard drive for any traces remaining of the virus (surprised at how much was still left when I scanned).

Once I completed the manual removal, I installed one of the recommended tools and ran that. I then installed my regular anti virus program and scanned. Everything is operating normally again, with the exception of one problem- I can not go to any website that has to do with antivirus such as AVG, Norton or Mcafee - I can access any site but those. Any recommendations?

What do you mean by "continuous stop start"? If you are
able to boot your computer and internet connection is alive
download MalwareBytes Antimalware program from
- Install program by double clicking mbam-setup.exe setup
- Stick to the guidelines when installing the program.
- Make sure you update the program with latest malware
- Start computer scan by launcing the program and pressing
"Scan" button.
- After the scan has been completed, click "Show Results",
then "Remove Selected".
- Computer restart might be necessary.
