Guys Im using windows xp home,Ive used xp pro&2000 before and much prefer the secuirty group tab that can be found by right clicking a folder then selecting the share tab.The way ur able to add users to certain gruops(user,admin,super admin) and give the read,write,full control access control. Is there anyway OTHER than safe mode to do this!or any known software on the net that ads this feature!Any help would be apreciated cheers

You should be able to do this without logging into safe mode, as long as :
The drive it NTFS & you are in the admin group.
You may also need to untick the option where is saying 'Use simple file sharing' - to find this .. open my computer, Tools > Folder Options > View Tab > at the very bottom, untick it
