Hello,

Yesterday after trying to download some applications for my Ipod suddenly my firewall, windows defender and security centre all closed down and switched off. I managed to turn all but the security centre on. It says "the security centre service can't be started.". In addition to that i tried to download another program which i'm almost certain wasn't a virus, it told me told to restart my computer, i did so and it started sending me "bad image" messages when i logged back on. It does it every time i open a program. I am running a Sony VGN-SR21M.

Norton 360 2.0 told me there was no problem and i couldn't find anything that wasn't fixed.

Any help/advice/tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
