hi, yesterday i installed windows xp as a spyware was causing some problems and i don't know where it came from.and now with a fresh window installed,whenever i try to sign in to some sites like my hotmail or orkut it gives a security alert saying something about the security certificate. It states that the "the security certificate has expired or not yet valid" and because of this problem i am even unable to sign in to my msn messenger. any one please help me as soon as possible !! thanks in advance !! i would appreciate your help

i don't think that fixes the problem.because my previous window installed was just the same thing and it worked fine

Did you install ALL the updates and an anti-virus program?
If your previous install was fine, why did you say you have some spyware and that's why you reinstalled?

lolx... i fixed the problem. it wasn't something about the updates.actaully my system's date was goneto somewhere august 2005 =D so it was giving error that the certificate has expired
