Searchv Loading as Homepage

I am faced with the "searchv" page loading as my homepage, whenever I reboot after resetting my original homepage. I use IE v. 6 SP1. I have Spybot and Adware, but they did not stop this problem, nor are they able to clean it.
Your help will be appreciated.
