My search results are often redirected to other sites, often ask.com or Blinx, if for instance I type in 'You Tube' in google and hit enter, the next page would be ask.com with all the you tube search results, if I try to get to the site through an ask result, it would come up with an Ad page with things like 'Surprise your woman with a bigger penis!' If I go back to google and click on a search again it goes to the right page, but looks as though its is still trying to redirect as it goes to a blank page, says 'done' then after a few seconds, goes to the correct page, at other times I get stuck on the blank page.
I just reinsalled windows after having some problem where it would shut down every half hour.
The computer is a Fujitsu Siemens T4220, running XP Tablet Edition, I think that's a modified version of XP Pro, It currently has Service Pack 2 but I was going to put 3 on this morning.
Neither Zonealarm, Nod32 or SuperAntiSpyware have managed to find the issue, they have all fixed problems in the past.
