Search Toolbar cant be deleted?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the msn search toolbar that keep popping up? cant seem to get rid of it with pop up removers etc., cant even close it as the close button get be seem. any suggestion?

"HiJack this" would be a nice program to get rid of it, just make sure you know what you are deleting.
