Hi, My search results from google are frequently redirected to other unrelated sites. I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes, Mcafee, and AVG. None of them found anything. I'm not sure what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try ComboFix. It is free and quite effective tool that has already helped me twice to remove search redirect virus.

I think you can try "Hijackthis tool" and scan your computer if any new virus or worm or trojan, malware is in your computer. l too faced similar kind of issue and later found it to be a trojan, don't remember the name of the trojan. But I uninstalled my browser and then did a pre-scan of my OS , and found it out. But really it would be good if you use techie in case you have lot of data in your computer to elimiate such kind of trojan.

Glad to see Andrea got the solution for this problem. anyways, if on a pc ComoFix dos,nt work than try running UnHack-Me tool, this tool can fix browser hijacking and redirect issues
