Comment:

Hi, I've recently (1 day) been having this problem where search engines (google) are functioning properly on my system. I'll type something into the search bar, and it will give me results, but when I click on a link to a site, it sends me to a seemingly random list of sites, none of which are my intended destination. Can you help me? Please help, as this is really frustrating me.

Additional info: I recently was infected with the "Antivirus System Pro" rouge software, and this problem started occuring at seemingly the same time. I succesfully removed the rouge program, but am stuck with the redirect problem. Also, for whatever reason, I can get the "Product" database to work, so I'll tell you my system is a Dell OptiPlex GX270 and I'm running IE 8.
