Can any tell me how I can have a different password for my screen saver than the logon password. A lot of businesses I have worked for have employee names for logons, not very secure. When I create a screensaver password it doesn't give me the option to create a different one.

You'll need a third-party utility to configure a different password, but if nobody knows your login/Domain password, then there's no problem, they won't be able to unlock the screen.
