My laptop kept giving me a message that my battery is low even though it’s connected to the main. After a while it would not start it kept freezing at 'please wait window opening'. Then I replaced the battery and it started alright until it started giving messages that I might have viruses. I decided to scan using Avasti. Silly me, I deleted some files while scanning. Now the laptop will not start it keeps freezing at 'please wait windows starting. How can I rectify this error, I thought I could recover the deleted files from the recycled bin but it’s not even getting there before it freezes. I want to avoid losing my files, home network & the Internet. Many thanks
