If the rogue program blocks these websites, download selected program from other locations.

ignys, READ THIS from Spyware Doctor:
Note: This time-unlimited trial version does NOT remove existing threats during scans, but real-time detection and removal of incoming threats is enabled.

That means that you have to buy the program to remove the existing threats.

big_bryan_m, thanks for the info. I checked it out and not too sure on how good the starter version is...most starter versions are really limited on functions.
