Rundll32.exe SiSPower.dll,ModeAgent in registry startup.

first see if your have a sispower chipset by looking (on win2000) start-> programes->accessories-->system tools -> system information. then click on Hardware Resourses -> Memory. you should see "SIS controler" 5 or 6 times.
OR

Settings->control panel-> system->hardware-> device manager->click on Memory. again you
should see "SIS controler" 5 or 6 times.

if its there, leave it alone. if not , its probably a virus or something bad.

as far as its usefulness, I couldn't find any reason however I bet its important.
