Your problem doesn't say much to recommend the AV program you have; what AntiVirus program are you running? Are the indexes updated?
At this point, I suggest you go here:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Click on "free online scan" and follow the directions. It may take a few minutes but it is very thorough. Allow it to kill whatever it finds. If you still have problems, post back.
