Hi i was wondering if you could tell me how to restore my dell laptop back to factory settings, i was told how to do this before, but forgot to write it down, i've actually done it a couple different times, because i am constantly getting spyware, i have really nothing on here that needs to be saved, so i don't mind resetting it. Any help would be appreciated.....Thanks!
