I kept receiving reminders from Webroot for extension of Spy Sweeper. The Offer was for $19.95 for a year. But, everyway I access their website, the offer is not available, instead it is a full price. I am not feeling good about their tricks so I may not renew. I have MS AntiSpyware, Adware, Zone Alarm and Norton AV

I received an email from Webroot - fancy ad format - with links to their website. It was very clear that the offer was for $19.95 for a one year extension. Instead, all you get are options for $29.95 and to buy other products. I sent them a message via their Support link on their website telling them about the misleading announcement. That was two days ago, and so far they have not acknowledge the message.

I am running out of patience. Webroot Spy Sweeper kept warning me that I had three days left, inviting me to buy. Since I experience a difficult time with Webroot trying to buy at the promised price of $19.95, when I got the offer via Cloudnight Info Ave for the $19.95, I went for it. Well, it sent me to Webroot and to my surprise, at the offerred price. So, I filled up the form to buy, including my credit card. Funny, but it forced me to go back and fill part of the form again (each time, the form has a default YES to receive announcements). When I finally was successful, it told me they will be sending me an email with a link to download the software. Would you be surprised to find out that the link gives me an invalid URL message? Yes, I tried twice and still not coming back. I will wait until tomorrow, but I am warning you people, Webroot is playing with a loaded deck of cards!

On Monday 8 I received another Webroot email without explanation to my previous problems, just another link to get the download... this time worked. They need changes in their Customer Service.
