I kept receiving reminders from Webroot for extension of Spy Sweeper. The Offer was for $19.95 for a year. But, everyway I access their website, the offer is not available, instead it is a full price.
I am not feeling good about their tricks so I may not renew.
I have MS AntiSpyware, Adware, Zone Alarm and Norton AV

Was there an actual (or even implied) question, or is this just an announcement?

Computers in the future may have only 1,000 vacuum tubes and perhaps only weigh 1 1/2 tons.

I received an email from Webroot - fancy ad format - with links to their website.
It was very clear that the offer was for $19.95 for a one year extension.
Instead, all you get are options for $29.95 and to buy other products.
I sent them a message via their Support link on their website telling them about the misleading announcement. That was two days ago, and so far they have not acknowledge the message.

I am running out of patience.
Webroot Spy Sweeper kept warning me that I had three days left, inviting me to buy.
Since I experience a difficult time with Webroot trying to buy at the promised price of $19.95, when I got the offer via Cloudnight Info Ave for the $19.95, I went for it. Well, it sent me to Webroot and to my surprise, at the offerred price.
So, I filled up the form to buy, including my credit card. Funny, but it forced me to go back and fill part of the form again (each time, the form has a default YES to receive announcements). When I finally was successful, it told me they will be sending me an email with a link to download the software.
Would you be surprised to find out that the link gives me an invalid URL message? Yes, I tried twice and still not coming back.
I will wait until tomorrow, but I am warning you people, Webroot is playing with a loaded deck of cards!

On Monday 8 I received another Webroot email without explanation to my previous problems, just another link to get the download... this time worked.
They need changes in their Customer Service.
