Removing virus: W32/Parite.B

Our network is affected by W32/Parite.B virus. The virus has made system performance sluggish and resulting in frequent system hangs. When we use an anti-virus software, the system gets cleaned but later the virus again appears.
I want to know how to deal with similar types of viruses which affect the network. How to completely cure the network?
