Removing MyRealPics Icon from Favs

I think CWShredder has got rid of nasty stuff from my browser but i'm still left with an icon in my Favorites called MyRealPics which is just a "File" and has 0 size. When I try to delete it I get "cannot read from the source file or disk". Don't really understand and it may be harmless but I'd like to get rid of it just in case. Can anybody help? Thanks.
