Those programs found other junk including the Trojan. They also deleted all the stuff except the TROJ_ZLOB.TF . It seems there is no way possible to delete this hp100.tmp file.

Well the warning message that use to tell me about the hp100.tmp worm no longer comes up. I searched it through Windows search and it never came up, so I'm assuming it is gone.
But my problems are not over with. I still can't change my Windows desktop picture. I thought it was because of this worm, but I guess not. When I go to change the background image, it has my options grayed out, so all I can do is change the color.
Any ideas?? Thanks again for all the help.

Correct, went to windows desktop, right clicked, display options. Then all the choices for a background picture are all grayed out and I cant even click on any of them. The only thing I can change is the background solid color. And then the Apply of course. But cant even access the images.
