Removing C-Dilla?

Could anyone please tell me how I can remove CDilla? I can't figure out a way to do it :(

Removal is tough (see link), but there seems to be a work-around.

thank you for the two preveous posts... that did disable it for me/

today I found out that LONGMAN dictionary had installed C-Dilla and to my surprise uninstalling the dictinoary actually removed C-Dilla from the list of windows services
