Hi.
Try this antimalware software :

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

A friend of mine had this virus/spyware too, and if i'm not wrong your desktop has a red shield with a white cross inside it on the top of the screen, right ?

Try the antimalware above, it will remove it completly !

Make sure to update the software before using ti to make sure you have the latest definitions.

The download is both free version and a version you can pay for.
The difference is that in the free version you don't have live protection.
You can only remove spyware etc.. that has already been installed on your computer.
If you decide to pay for it you will have live protection to make sure the spyware won't be installed at all.
