Removed Tdss rootkit, now laptop reboots

Specs: Windows Vista
My Windows Vista Home Premium laptop keeps restarting after logging in?
I had Tdss rootkit on my laptop and removed it using Kasperky's TDSS Killer. After rebooting, I logged in and saw a box showing "Please Wait." After 5-10 seconds, my computer reboots. Upon restarting, it shows options for loading Windows Vista, i.e. safe mode, safe mode with networking. I chose Safe mode with networking and everything runs fine. The System Properties box opens automatically. When I try to run in normal mode, it repeats rebooting after logging in. I have tried running a System Restore while in Safe Mode with Networking but it tells me something about System restore is offline.
I have hit a brick wall and do not know what to do next. I do not want to restore to factory default if I have any other options.
