I have the AVG free edition spyware, no matter how many times I try to delete the .bpx trojan it doesn't remove it from my memory. I have no idea what to do, the stupid windows defender didn't even pick up the trojan. Any help would be much appreciated

Try to find it in the registry. Once you delete it there, it will be gone for good.

If you don't know how to search the registry, then I withdraw my suggestion. It's too much to explain here. You're better off finding someone to help you locally.

Try D/L avast free. Set it up and have it do a bootscan on reboot. Put everything it finds in the chest. See if that removes it.
