I am having the same problem as others. My Norton 360 detected the Packed.Generic.200 virus and Torjan Matajuari and is unable to remove it. I did follow some other posts and did what you told them. I downloaded the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then downloaded the thing that changed the name to tool.exe. Then I clicked on the Hijack this and changed it to tools.exe. Then it seemed to say that everything was removed. But the next day when I started the computer up, same thing Norton360 detected the same 2 viruses. Can you help me? I'm not too computer-literate. Thanks in advance!!

Is the virus maybe in your system restore, norton should show you the path to where it is located? If so, you will have to turn off system restore and then scan and remove it. Then turn system restore back on.
If you don't know how to turn off system restore, just google it and you'll get the answer.
