I have some trojan and spy inside my com. And now the rig run so slow. Because I have only the McAfee 8.0i to protect the com from virus.Pls help me to get rid of these trojan & spy.And give me an advice for a good free Spy scanner. Thanks alot!

Some good scanners:
Spybot S&D
Spyware Blaster
Adaware SE
and Microsoft windows defender

Also make sure ALL your critical windows updates are done.
