Comment: I need to remove Norton Internet security. It won't let me uninstall it. I had a couple virus's and they corrupted Norton, now it tells me I need Supervisory privileges, can't even get into the program to enable Firewall, auto protect or anything else. Is there a RNAV Tool for 2004 like there is for 2003-. I don't have a disk for the program.

Reply: (edit)I ran into the same issue on a friend's system a little over a year ago and after trying everything including purging registry entries, I think was fixed it for me was reinstalling the freaking POG all over and then removing it via add/remove programs. You can find Norton's recommendation here. B4 you criticize a bigger man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, you're a mile away, and you have his shoes.
