Here is a tip, if you are scared of being infected by emails thru outlook ... get a free copy of WS POP 2002 and clean the trash off your mail server beofre you download your emails. Saves you from just blindly downloading emails into outlook. Hope it helps WS POP 2002 is free 20 kb download works gr8 :)

sounds like it's a program that connects to your mail server (like outlook express or mozilla), then scans the files/deletes them.

Afterwards, you run your mail browser, like OE, and the infected mail is gone

its a pop3 checker will read the headers of the emails ... you can delete what you don't want so when you d/l your mails you only get the ones important to you
