hi,
I did remove ishost nasty from my computer in a very easily way.
1) Get into Windows Task manager(by press ctrl+alt+del) 2) find in Processes Tab ishost.exe, isnotify.exe,issearch.exe, ismini.exe right click one by one and choose in menu "End Process Tree" instead of "end process" otherwise they gonna show up again. 3) execute Windows->run->regedit, search ishost and you find it in C:\windows\system32 then browse that folder and just delete all above is*.exe files.
keep search in regedit and remove all ishost entries, actually ishost and issearch show up in Windows/CurrentVersion/Run/Explore/ with kernel.dll, it will run when explore.exe starts up whenever windows starts.

It may not always be that simple, and that process is often associated with many other files and registry entries - check out these removal instructions (for instance)
