Does anyone know how to remove annoying angelfire add? I have no idea how this stupid add has been installed on my PC. It comes up even when IE is not running. I hope those people who write these kind of stupid programs realize what they are doing is same as crime. They are same as people who sell drug on the street!!

Sounds like you've gotten spyware, Get ad-aware and spybot search and destroy, update them and run them.

You can also disable messanger in services (this is not msn messanger) This service allows admins to send messanges in office networks. If you are on stand alone system you dont need it.
my computer> control panel> admin tools> services> scroll to messanger, stop service, go to properties for that service, another window pops up...change it from automatic to disable, ok your way out, reboot.
That should stop some of the other popups if you get them.
