A remote user recently logged on to my office network and could not be removed. slowly changes were made on all network. How could it be explained we can not remove

You are seriously infected, here are some specialized tools that may help. Process of elimination. May need many tools to break down the infection, bit by bit.

Run ESET Online Scanner, Copy & Paste the contents of the log please. This scan may take a very long while, so please be patient. Start it before going to work or bed.
You may have to download ESET from a good computer, put it on a thumb drive & run it from there, if your comp is unbootable, or won't let you download.
Create a ESET SysRescue CD or USB drive

Did you ALLOW this remote user to fix your PC's? If so, you aren't infected (unless weird things are happening on your network)

If you DIDN'T allow this person then you can run these 3 free progs
Trojan Remover
Hitman Pro
and fix all they find...those scans are fairly quick
