|I downloaded the 2011 Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security software last night, which included the Trend Micro Vault. During the download sequence it asked if I wanted the data from the previous version transferred across to the new version. I said yes. And it commenced to transfer the data. Now that it's all downloaded I can’t open the vault at all. I had it password protected, and had used the correct password; however the following message comes up instead:|
"The configuration information was lost or corrupted. Please connect this computer to the inetrnet before trying again."
I reconnected to the internet to try again as the message says, but still no luck. This file holds important details that I have to have. Please advise what/if anything can be done to retrieve the data. Thank you.
