Comment: After reading all I could from websites such as yours, I installed Registry Mech. to see if I could stop the CD tray from poppiing in and out at will. I've lost etrust icon in tray at bottom, so tried following thro with info. seems I have 4.5 which is hardly current (installed in 2/04). and going into the program, it shows icon in tray checked, but its not there. Also notice of ERROR so followed thro and found Intel graphics update. Did that. I'm wondering if doopies like me should use complicated "fixes" like Reg.M.(tho the tray has stopped its annoying movements!) How do I "correct" etrust? With such a recent download shouldn't it be UP To date? (Zone alarm showed my antivirus wasn't currently up to date) I am soooo confused. Any help welcome!!!

Reply: If your CD tray is popping in and out at will, it's probably either spyware or a trojan. In either case, you should run:
CWshredder
Spybot
AdAware
Housecall (virus scanner) You can find all of those easily on the net. Then, try to reinstall etrust
