refund Vista antispyware

Specs: Windows Vista
The Vista antispyware appeared to be a legitimate upgrade to my computer's security. In the end since it was creating problems rather than helping, I went back to my system's settings from the day before and now it is fine. How can I go about getting a refund for the Vista Antspyware program?
Any suggestions?

Not trying to be rude, but at this point, consider yourself duped---the program itself is a malware/scareware/virus:

Contact your credit-card company (assuming that's how you paid for it) and have them rescind any charges for it. Monitor your credit-card activity closely and see that you don't get other charges made that you didn't authorize. Have them cancel the account and issue a new card if necessary.

Always investigate the programs you install on your machine beforehand. And if you access a website where some malware notification pops-up (assuming you don't already have protection), consider that you're getting ready to be scammed.
