Subject: Re-Enable a Norton Firewall block?OS: Win XP/Norton FirewallCPU/Ram: Fast |
Comment: I recently installed new internet software. When running the first time a Norton Personal Firewall 2004 pop-up recommended blocking internet access and I mistakenly hit "Always Use this Action" by mistake. The second I hit the mouse button I knew the error of my ways but it was too late. Now, Norton won't let my software access the Internet and I can't figure out how to undo the block. Everytime I run my new software I disable Norton Firewall completely to make it work. They charge $30 for a phone call, any free advice?

Reply: Open NIS and select the internet, you will see a list of prrograms that you either allowed access or denied access. Select you blocked program and change it to allow.
