Redlof.A - Infected or not?

While surfing, I got an NAV message saying infected by Redlof. It was in three temp internet files and NAV couldn't access,repair or quarantine.
Subsequent scan shows no viruses. Check on registry (out of my depth, here) doesn't seem to show any of the stuff that it's meant to do (according to Symantec site.)

I use Washer, if that's relevant, so the temp files were deleted quickly.

Can anybody help?
