I've run several different scanners and have deleted anything they've found. Still though I am getting redirected when using Google search. This happens just about every other time I search or click on a link. I don't know what else to do.

did you try turning off system restore and then scanning? If you did, you may have a rootkit installed on your PC. You may want to try unhackme, follow the beginners guide on the left of the install page. Run all the scans untill the PC is clean. http://www.greatis.com/unhackme/dow... There are many options in the program, be sure to use all of them especially when you don't know if you want to delete a questionable file. Try googling the file and see if it is safe to delete. Once the PC has no more infections you can uninstall unhackme.

I haven't tried turning off system restore before scanning.
I downloaded and ran unhackme. It found a few things but I'm still having trouble with getting redirected.

It happens when I run a search (any search engine). I get sent to one of many different sites when I click on the link for a site. This only happens sometimes (so half the time I can click the link and get to the site I want and half the time I get redirected to a site I don't want).
