redirect virus problem

Specs: Windows 7
I'm having this redirect problem and I was wondering there was another way besides downloading all this stuff to try and get rid of it, stopzilla, malware bites and so on since most of those will find the problem but want you to pay and arm and leg to get rid of it. I don't have that kind of cash right now to buy these programs. I saw where someone said to add a log file or something but do you have to do this as well or is there another way that is much faster to get rid of it? The last time I tried this my whole system crashed and I wasn't able to get any of it back. It's really starting to annoy me. I can't go to any of the pages I want to see without it going somewhere else. Please someone help me with this. anyone.

Unfortunately, you have to download all this 'stuff', log files may be required, and there is not another way that is much faster to get rid of it...
