Files are hidding in my recycle bin. Since I can't see them, how can I get them out?
I have been picking up little virus, such as J.S exception, seeker... etc.. I delete them but they show up again in a month or so. I have norton 2002 and AVG seems neither one of these are catching it. Any ideas?

Your problem might be because you have two AV programs installed. I had Norton and AVG but a poster on here indicated there are problems with two AV progs so I deleted the AVG. Which ever prog you keep, be sure to update the definitions regularly. You may have a Trojan on your PC which may be calling out to the net to download the viruses you stated. Yesterday I downloaded the free anti-Trojan program SWATIT from... http://lockdowncorp.com/bots/downloadswatit.html A scan showed I am free but I will do a weekly scan. It does not stop Trojans from getting in to your PC but will find them and allow you to delete them. You can also try the 30 day free trial TROJAN HUNTER from... http://wilders.org/ www.thepublicworks.com may also have some info on security. You may also be interested in another free program - ZoneAlarm firewall from.... www.zonelabs.com This will report which programs are trying to contact the net and allow you to grant or deny permission. If this is of any help please report back for others to see.

Lots of good suggestions in these prior posts.I would definitely download Trojan Hunter and scan your pc.If you don't have a firewall, that's a "must-have" defense tool. You may want to check wilders.org for a removal tool for that seeker problem,or Trend Micro's House Call on-line scan may be good for piece of mind.
