Ive used Ad-Aware for years but lately Ive been trying Bitdefender.
It replaces my Antivirus I was using (Avast) and my Firewall (Sygate) as well as my AntiSpyware (Ad-Aware).
Ive never really found a All in One I really liked and trusted so the vote is still out.
But I like it so far

For the antivirus, you wont go wrong with NOD32 from Eset ( www.nod32.com ). Another alternative which is in my opinion on par with NOD32 is Kaspersky. Yes, forget Norton or McAffee.

I use NOD32. It's the best I've found.
