|Hi sparrott65 ,|
My name is Amit, and I am from the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Well, first of all i would suggest you to download an uninstaller and try to scan and delete all the registry keys and uninstall the program. If that does not work go ahead and scan your computer for any infections using your security software or you can also find the instruction at http://support.dell.com/support/top...
FYI: There are third part uninstallers, Revo uninstaller, Absolute uninstaller, Iobit uninstaller that can be used to uninstall the programs. As it’s a third party software we do not guarantee resolution quality about the same.
Thanks and regards,
Certified Dell Social Media and Communities Professional
