Message: Hi, My sister just got a new laptop, she activated her Norton anti-virus, everything was fine. Her son went on Aim and for some reason turned off her Norton. Now the brand new computer keeps turning itself on over and over. I did a Norton scan, found 1 tracking cookie error, fixed it and the next day he did the same thing. Then I had to set the computer restore back 4 days to the last safe restore point. the error keeps showing up. I keep scanning and fixin the error but it keeps reverting back to the last safe restore point. It won't stop. After six hours of fixing the computer it was fine. When laptop sits off overnight then it reverts back to the last safe restore point. It seems to change when computer is turned off for long period of time. HELP!!!
